- mymoment.gr is not responsible for any typographical errors in prices, features or photos and reserves the right to change prices without warning and in any case the price indicated at the time of ordering is valid.
Orders are accepted and executed only within Greece. Orders are delivered daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Mymoment.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to customers. In any case, however, the customer at the time of receipt of the product he ordered will pay the price, which was indicated at the time of the order.
Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive from mymoment.gr by email and/or by phone the confirmation of the order.
Delivery takes place no later than 1-3 working days from the day of the order and depends on the availability of the products and of course on the place of residence of the recipient (inaccessible areas - barren lines etc.).
The products are received through courier companies.
The products are packed and delivered to the courier company in excellent condition.
Mymoment.gr is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products it makes available to its customers, especially for products received from their suppliers, packed in closed boxes. In the event of a defective or problematic product, you must contact mymoment.gr and, as long as it is not your fault, the problematic product should be replaced.
The customer reserves the right to return the products he purchased without the obligation to communicate the reason for which he wishes to return the products, within three (3) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, he is charged with the direct cost of returning the products. Returns will only be accepted if the products that the customer wishes to return are in the exact same condition in which they were received, i.e. without having been unsealed, used, or their packaging has been tampered with. Any product that has been damaged or whose packaging has been damaged will not receive compensation. In compensation, the customer is compensated according to the way the payment was made, for example, in case of remittance with a corresponding bank transfer to an account to be indicated by the customer or in another way after consultation with the customer.
1. Unjustified Return of Products
(right of withdrawal without reason)
The customer reserves the right to return the products he purchased, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, without reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
No withdrawals and returns are not allowed
1. For special orders
2. Where the products have been modified at the customer's request
3. For damages caused when opening the product, for which the customer is solely responsible.
Returns will be strictly accepted only if the following conditions are met:
1. The product is in its original excellent condition. The check will be carried out by the manager of our online store.
2. The product packaging has not been damaged or soiled, but is in excellent condition.
3. The product is returned in safe packaging, so that it is not damaged during transport. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit of the product.
4. Along with the product will be returned undamaged and in perfect condition and all the documents that accompanied the product (original purchase receipt/invoice, written guarantee, order form, order confirmation email and credit card slip (in case you paid by credit card).
5. In the event that the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned together with the product, also in excellent condition of it and the forms that may accompany it.
6. The customer does not exercise his right of withdrawal within the above deadline of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
The customer, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, must contact us, communicating his decision to withdraw, with an unconditional, non-negotiable and time-limited, written statement that will be sent by mail to the following details:

After notification of the customer's declaration of withdrawal, a confirmation of its receipt will be sent to his e-mail.
Before returning the product, the customer must contact LocalFashion.gr at firstname.lastname@example.org within the above deadline.
The customer must return the products in safe packaging, so that they are protected during shipping, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which he announced, as above, in our online store, his decision to withdraw.
The return is the customer's responsibility as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer, mymoment.gr will not receive the products if this cost has not already been covered by the customer.
In the event that the above is not observed and the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, the return of the product will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the customer-sender at the customer's expense.
As long as the product is received, the declaration of withdrawal is within the deadline, all the above conditions are met and the above procedure for exercising the customer's right of withdrawal is followed, the return of the products will be accepted.
The refund corresponding to the price of the products ordered by the customer (the initial shipping costs are not refundable), will be completed without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the returned products.
Refunds will always be made in the same way that payment was made. For security reasons, the beneficiary of the account number must be the same person listed on the purchase receipt for the returned product.
In the event that the customer does not wish to return the money but exchange the product with another or other products, up to the amount of the price paid or with the payment of an additional price, under the express condition that the product to be exchanged remains intact and unused. In the event that the changed product is of a lower value than that of your original order, mymoment.gr will not refund the monetary difference, therefore you should choose an add-on so that your new order is of equal or greater value than the original.
Shipping costs for new products are borne by the customer and products will be shipped after receipt and inspection of the original product(s) as detailed above (fulfilment of conditions).
Change for a second time, i.e. change of already changed products is not allowed.
2. Reasoned Return of Products
In the rare event that the customer receives a demonstrably defective product due to the fault of mymoment.gr or a product that lacks an agreed feature or is worn during transport or the wrong product, he must inform us immediately by describing the problem and notifying us if he wishes to have it replaced or returned of his money.
Specifically, in these cases the customer can:
1. Either to refuse to receive the product from the beginning and to request the delivery of the product he ordered, if it is a shipment of the wrong product or its correction/replacement if it is a defective product or a product that lacks an agreed property.
2. Either to receive the product and return it by requesting the delivery of the product he ordered, if it is a shipment of the wrong product or its correction/replacement if it is a defective product or a product that lacks an agreed feature, or a refund of the price paid.

Along with the product, the customer must return intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (original purchase receipt/invoice or any other accompanying material). In the event that the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned together with the product, also in excellent condition of it and the forms that may accompany it.
Product return deadline
The return of products that are deemed to be defective or lacking an agreed quality upon delivery or that are other or substantially different from those ordered will be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
The shipping costs for returning the products to our online store are borne by us, as long as the customer sends them with the shipping network used by mymoment.gr, otherwise they are borne by the customer.
Mymoment.gr shall bear the costs of reshipping the correct/replaced or repaired product to the customer.
In the event that the return is not made within the stipulated period of time or the return conditions are not met, mymoment.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not proceed with the requested product shipment or refund.
In case the customer does not return the product, then a new product will not be sent to him and the customer will have to make a new order/purchase.
