Product return terms

The return of the products is made no later than within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt and as long as the products are in their original condition. A necessary condition is the possession of the proof of purchase of the product. Product returns are non-refundable and will only be accepted with an exchange of products of equal or greater monetary value.

* For all other products, you can change or return a product you bought from our online store
* In the case of changing - returning products from Cyprus and the rest of the world, the cost of transport is borne by the customer.
* Discount Coupons do not apply to changes, while the Products you selected for Change/Order are received at the listed purchase price of the Eshop at the time of completion of the Change/Order.

Cancellation Policy
The customer has the option to cancel the order before the product leaves the company. The possibility is given through the order management to cancel his order, as long as it has not progressed to the shipping stage.
